The Panel Company of the year award recognizes one research panel company that is a proven game-changer providing faster, easier access to respondents while maintaining high-quality recruitment, top-of-the-line data security and ethical business practices. Companies should excel in the following areas:
- Significant innovation - technology, value-adding services or improved processes
- Excellent collaboration, technical support and customer service
- Goes above and beyond to provide a personalized offering to clients
- Actively pursues best practices to panel recruitment and data security
- Proven commitment to the quality of respondent experience
Submission must include a 500-word statement outlining why the company should win the award, using metrics to support the claims. Nominations must include two client recommendations/testimonials (max. 250 words each) that showcase how the panel company is meeting the above criteria. Submissions are encouraged to include a case study example of a panel at work and up to three additional supporting materials, for example: business metrics demonstrating panel recruitment quality and data security commitment; PowerPoint presentation showcasing value-adding services or improved processes; testimonials from clients to showcase how the panel company excels at technical support or customer service; etc.

Winners will be announced at The Marketing Research and Insight Excellence Awards – Powered by Quirk’s, taking place on November 9, 2020 at The Edison Ballroom in New York City. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020 we are NOT requiring finalists to attend the award ceremony and accept the award in person. We will continue to monitor guidelines and travel advice from the CDC and the WHO and, if the gala is able to take place, finalists will receive a single complimentary gala ticket (a $400 value) (nominee can designate someone to attend in their place). In the event an in-person gala cannot take place, finalists will be provided with information regarding a virtual awards ceremony.
